It is just me. I came off the sales side of the building trade, so I think like a builder: survey first, set it out properly, then build. No account managers, no hand-off to a junior, no agency overhead padding the bill.
I am based in Ivybridge, Devon, and I work with trades and with private-client law firms — probate, wills, conveyancing, family — because both live on local enquiries, and both are usually undersold by their website. When you ring, you talk to the person doing the work, start to finish.
